Zest is a program that helps automate plain text song chord layouts when you want to put them in columns, transpose, or change the font without changing the position of the chords above the music. Its still very much initial work, but like Limelight it will develop rapidly!

It uses an opensource library called pulp for music theory and reading chord files. Thanks Anna for the icon!
